Decatur's Cultural Arts Master Plan process began in November 2009. It included an inventory of existing cultural arts facilities, programs, and public art located throughout the city, identification of program and facility needs, and recommendations for partnerships to meet those needs. Several public input sessions were held to gather information about the arts from the community. Click on the links in the yellow box to read the completed plan.
