Master Planning, Programming and Cost Estimating for Decatur Recreation Center
The City is seeking the services of a firm, partnership, joint venture or team to provide master planning, programming and schematic design services, including detailed cost estimating, for comprehensive improvements to the Decatur Recreation Center. If possible, the proposed improvements should be planned to be environmentally sustainable and/or LEED certified.
The City of Decatur, Georgia will receive sealed proposals from qualified firms for design services in the City Manager's Office, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia 30030 until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2008.
